Have you talked to your doctor or therapist about this? Sometimes the dosage needs to be adjusted, or maybe a different drug. But if you don't say anything your doctor can't help you.

ask your doctor to take you off them, those pills have damaging side effects and are not good for your body, find other ways to deal with your depression.
