What do you think of this "comment" on single mothers and child-support (in the US)?

I came across a thread on Reddit where I found this comment. Do you agree with it? I think someone had commented about how more men should be given custody of the child after divorce, and how about women pay child support.. something like that.

Child support isn't taxable. His whole theory is based on a false claim.

Each case should be decided on what is best for the child or children, nothing else. In all cases, unless one parent is deficient in some way, joint custody should be the outcome.

Men should have equal rights to abort. Men should have equal opportunity to raise children, as single parents. Women should be just as responsible, financially for the offspring as men.

Child support is not taxed. It is most beneficial for the state for the wealthier parent to have custody so that the state does not have to spend as much on welfare.
