The vast majority of humans are born as obviously male or female and they see themselves as cisgender. But we ALL have male and female traits and qualities, even though we may not look like it or present like it. So, are we all not really gender-fluid

No because gender fluid means someone that doesn't have a fixed gender, not if you have female and male traits/qualities

You are just confused. There is no such thing as “male qualities” that do not relate to SEX differences. Your idea that gender is some mere thought-bubble that has no basis in reality is false.
