I’m 166lbs at 14yrs old and I wa wondering if there are any ways that would help me lose some weight or even keep it at a good constant weight, and how high above is my weight from a normal 14 year olds?

Eat about 2000 calories a day and walk 5 miles. You'll shed it quick enough.
