They have provided but you ignored. If you read Genesis chapter 3, you would found that God was using animal to make our bodies. Hence, we do exhibit should evolutive from animal. That is both churches and antheists mis-interpreted on the Bible.

Why can't Christians show evidence of God. It's not a question you simply can't. However there are a bunch of ways to show that evolution is real. Christian reader you may go back to sticking your head in the sand.
