If animals had telepathy do you think they could speak in language. How possible is it on a degree from 1 to 10.?

Language is not needed with TELEPATHY---they would simply transmit the THOUGHT and imagery---any you would KNOW what was being communicated.

My dog has a vocabulary of at least 50 words. So I'm thinking if I could read her mind, she would communicate using most of those.
