NO, OVEN MAGNETRON ITSELF IS A OSCILLATOR UNIT THAT HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO RESONANT AT 2.45GHz AND NEVER CHANGE. SUPPOSE THE FREQUENCY VARIES FAR AWAY FROM 2.45GHz, THE COOKING POWER BECOMES DROPPING INTO NO MORE ABLE TO HEAT UP FOOD.
