I got bit by a tick and I’m freaking out?? Please help!?

I got bit by a deer tick and Lyme disease has been confirmed in the area I live. The tick didn’t hit any of my veins and got no blood but I’m literally having an anxiety attack right now and I’m scared to death. What do I do?!?
