My dr. told me to use regular cooking oil, believe it or not. 2 drops at night. It really does move stuff out of there.

There's some stuff called Debrox ear drops that several doctors have told me to use on my kid.

Hydrogen peroxide works well. Or you could use wax-softening ear drops.
