What do y'all think an animal that had evolved from a rabbit to fill the same ecological niche as a cheetah would look like?

Shape follows function. A rabbit that hunts would need to have claws and teeth like a cheetah's IOW, it would look more like a cheetah than a rabbit, since rabbits are vegetarians.

Looks like a little bunnie with spots, and legs that detrack and measure more than a foot. They multiply like, well, rabbits.
