Equal pay for equal work. If she can shovel as much coal as I do, she should get just as much money. Otherwise not.

Probably unattainable unless women just stop procreating. But at the very least females should be allowed to do their work without being threatened that if they don't put 'oral for the boss' on their to-do list they'll be fired.

There is no gender equality in the workforce. Women owned small businesses are advantaged over male owned, women are advantaged under affirmative action.
