I’m an 18 year old boy who is very antisocial and painfully shy. And I want to know how I can get rid of my shyness.

There are good books out there about overcoming shyness. Go to an online bookstore and get a couple with high reader reviews.

Find some people worse off than you and say hello. Buy a homeless person a meal. They will trust you and start a conversation.

There’s no way to get rid of your shyness but try finding people with Similar hobbies to you
