Does mozerella cheese or Greek yogurt contain refined sugar?

I'm trying to cut out refined sugar from my diet, so looking for alternatives. Wasn't sure about these two. Struggling a little bit to work out what will contain processed sugars. I'm just trying to get healthy, any help appreciated, thanks

Short answer: cheese, no, yoghurt, maybe. Ling answer: you know how to read a label, right?

Not the cheese. The yogurt will if it's flavored and sweetened, as most flavored yogurts are. For that reason, I eat plain yogurt. I may add fresh fruit but that's all. No sugar.

Dairy products contain LACTOSE...milk sugar.

You have to read the labels on the specific products you're interested in. Not all yogurts are made with the same ingredients. Cheese is not normally made with any sugar, much less refined sugar.
