Plant trees on the polar caps of mars so that an ecosystem can start causing greenhouse effect trapping oxygen on the planet?

Trees couldn't survive on Mars.

Trees wouldn't survive in the cold and very low pressure. Any water they'd need would be permanently frozen, and unusable to them.

Start with something like lichens, and around the equator, and the Hellas basin.

which trees would you recommend, keeping in mind they must survive temperatures of -190F and an atmosphere with next to no oxygen?

There is no liquid water on Mars. It can't exist at those temperatures and pressures. So trees won't survive.
