I hate bright days I get so upset and mad I know it sounds stupid but I start boiling up i feel so much anger when the sun is out bright ,the sun hurts Me to the point I can’t go outside.help. I never liked sunny days their just too bright and hot

A sensitivity to bright lights heat and the noise a sunny day brings. Many people ,myself included dislike the sun and heat. cool ,cloudy days give everyone more energy.
