    Pig heart valves are occasionally used in humans.

    Not the whole heart but we do use the valves. Tissue valves have significant advantages over mechanical valves; particularly decreasing or eliminating the need for long-term anticoagulant therapy.

    Maybe recreationally, but not as a medical procedure. There is still work to be done to allow a non human organ to not be rejected by our bodies.

    Not yet. The recipient's body would reject it as foreign tissue. I think there's some research into genetically engineered pigs whose organs could be transplanted into humans, but it might still be in the theoretical phase
