I'm sorry, but your question is not at all clear. Is the ship carrying ONE passenger, or more than one?

the ships capacity is 100% . If it's only carrying two thirds of that,.......then it's only at 66.66 capacity.

You have a passenger and it is 2/3 full. You have 1/3 left, that's half another passenger. So capacity is 1.5 passengers.

To get the full capacity multiply the 2/3 capacity by 3/2 full capacity = (3/2) * (2/3 of full capacity)

That depends on how many passengers there are which has not been given but its full capacity will be 1/3 plus 2/3.

Not enough information to know, unless you want an answer like "50 percent more than it's current amount of passengers"
