I just started tanning about 3 days ago at the gym, I just noticed a new discoloration that is alittle bit darker than my skin, it looks like a freckle or something forming. Could it be skin cancer or something else?

yes. if you have lotions on your skin, the tanning radiation turns healthy cells into cancer cells.
