Can you eat salad on the master cleanse?

I know many say the master cleanse isn’t good for you, but I wanna lose weight fast. Would it be fine if I included one salad a day on the cleanse?

You'll lose weight and then once the cleanse is finished you'll gain it all back. And in short order. By the way there is no such thing as "detoxifying" your body. Our bodies detoxify all by themselves.

I'm not positive that I would technically consider it "losing weight" by just forcing your body to fully evacuate your bowels. Yeah there's like 5 - 10 pounds of fecal matter in there, but losing it won't make you any thinner or healthier.

yes. but then it's not the master cleanse but who cares? there aren't any master cleanse police.
