so if i were a woman, and i change my sex and ejaculate, then turn back to being a woman, can i take the semen from my male time, and concieve a child wher i am both the father and the mother

I don't think u can make semen if u sex change. Also the parts will be damaged.

Trans women cannot give birth. They don't have female reproductive organs. Just like a trans man... she can have the ftm surgery, but she does not have testicles, or a prostate gland or any of the necessary parts to become a father.
