It is not a solution. As plastic is banned there will be a heavy demand for water and cleaning soaps etc. This will also demand additional labour. Transport will suffer.

Yes it is a solution, but not the best. Better to strategically limit production/use, reuse and recycle and taxed. Btw, styrofoam CAN be recycled, and better, reused.
