my kidneys have been hurting and my insides always feel dry ect.... my liver I'm sick of drinking alcohol but it feels like I have to how can I get better and what's up with me?

See your doctor, he will advise the best course of action. Coughing blood could be caused by an ulcer. I am not trying to frighten you but I knew a heavy drinker who coughed up blood and died from a stomach ulcer.
