That all depends on your total body weight. A pound of fat is 1% body fat if the body weighs 100 pounds.

it's a percentage... not a fixed number. A 200 lb. man will be 2 lbs. 400 lb. will be 4 lbs.

If you weigh one hundred pounds then one percent of one hundred is one pound
