There are several other possibilities that are much more likely. If concerned tell a parent and arrange to see a doctor. Much more sensible than worrying about improbabilities.

It's very unlikely you could have a tumor, but typically the more you dwell on these type of symptoms the worse they get. You really need to see a doctor who will run some test to see if this is something you really need to be worried about.

15 year olds dont get tumors, but I would definitely tell your doctor.
