Could be hormones. When I was going thru puberty my feet stunk awful. As I got older they stopped smelling so bad.

Advice - foot powder. Apply to your feet after a shower (make sure you wash your feet thoroughly). Add a little food powder inside your shoes as well. Dr. Scholl's, Odor Eaters, Arm & Hammer, and Gold Bond, all make effective foot powders.
