I somehow meet the criteria for both :/ Thanks to my abusive sorry excuse for a family who’ve raised me to be this way.

My psychiatrist diagnosed me with these. I just want to get some other opinions becuase I don’t see how someone can have both since they have opposing traits. I think if I could only have one of those then I’m definitely borderline.

Therapy can help you deal and cope with your self diagnosis. Of course you could go see a therapist and get a better diagnosis.
