Is this sentence copied from an online article grammatically correct? "She's just come back from a long journey."?

Shouldn't it be "came back". Also, the "She's" part of the sentence, is it a contraction of "She has"?

    It is correct. For a version with "came" it would have to be: "She just came back from a long journey". Note lack of " 's " after "She". In your version "She's just come" is short for "She has just come."
